Using Drillwake
Drillwake is licensed for personal, non-commercial use through the Apple App Store. Your use is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
Ownership
Drillwake, including its software, artwork, audio, writing, and visual identity, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The licence to use the game does not transfer ownership of those materials.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or misuse Drillwake except where applicable law expressly permits it.
Availability
Drillwake may change as bugs are fixed or compatibility is maintained. Continued availability on every device or operating-system version cannot be guaranteed.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Drillwake is provided without additional warranties beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable consumer law.
