- Check that your iPhone is running the latest available iOS update.
- Confirm that enough free storage remains on the device.

If you need help, note your iPhone model, iOS version, Drillwake version, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot or recording can help explain a visual problem.
Never include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Saved games
Progress and settings remain on your device. Starting a new game replaces the current save. Removing Drillwake also removes its locally stored data.
